Ive got light brown hair, would blonde highlights be hard to keep?

as long as they are at least two shades lighter you should be fine. my hair is light brown and i have brown highlights :-)Ive got light brown hair, would blonde highlights be hard to keep?
Not at all, I got blonde highlights in my hair, and my hair can get pretty dark in the winter. I finally let them grow out but you'll be fine.
