Blonde highlights... what effect do they give?

I already have blonde highlights which has made my hair a sort of dark, copper blonde/very light brown. (My hair is naturally brown).


Is there any way of basically changing your hair colour to light blonde, through highlights? I don't want a full colour, but a full head highlights.


Would I be blonde if I asked for light blonde highlights?

yes it would make a diffrences but try to do a light blonde because if you do a light brown then your hair will look a bit reddish/ginger
