Yes it would! My hair was exactly the same. It was almost golden blonde because i had some red and dirty blonde. I got highlights but made sure to tell the lady to make them very fine and it looks totally natural! When you start with blonde hair highlights always look good.

Yeah it would. I have dirty blond hair and I get the blond highlights all the time. So do a few of my co-workers.
