Hmm....well this depends. Is your hair naturally super-light, platinum blonde? Or is it more of a naturally dirty blonde? Or strawberry blonde? These are all important questions to consider.
If your hair already has some natural streaks of lighter and darker brown in it, then light brown highlights would look amazing. Just make sure that you go for that natural, sun-kissed look that is totally in for this spring and summer. And also, be sure that you don't totally overdo the highlights with ugly, obviously unnatural colors--this will result in a really bad, forced appearance.

I have medium-dark brown hair. It is fairly long and I am gonna keep growing it out.(I have brown eyes and tan skin) I am planning on getting side bangs and layers (atleast a couple of inches in difference) in about 3 weeks and I also want to get my hair professionally highlighted as well. I am wondering what color of blonde would look good?? I dont want it to look totally natural or anything, I want it to be NOTICEABLE. I am also wondering if it would look better to get thin highlights or thick ones?? I would really appreciate any input..a lot! if i were you i would do two colors- a strawberry blond and a white blonde! go every other one, or every two strawberry blondes get a white blonde, either one would work. if you want noticeable, get thick ones!! that would look really good with side sweep bangs. I am a firm believer in making things noticeable! lol. The white blonde might seem like a big color change to you, but trust me, it will look good!
Just watch out for azns doing hair, they sometimes do it with a razor kind of thing and it ruins the hair badly k. Get bleach blonde highlights that's hot.

I would add carmel tones into your hair that will give your hair warmth and compliment your skin tone. ask you stylist if she agrees that this color of highlights would look good on you. since you want it to be noticeable i wouldn't do thick they are just to much trouble, i would do a lot of thin ones. your stylist knows what she is doing so just sit back, relax, and let her work her magic.i hope this helps.

Trying to get rid of blonde highlights for the fall!! HELP!?
I highlighted my hair back in February of this year. It was a great color and I loved it but a few months down the line I got pregnant and was unable to keep up with the maintenance.
How or which product is best to cover up the highlights and it being successful? Mind you that my roots grew out like almost 2 inches out.
I know that sulphate free shampoo is a big factor on it all. I just want advice on which brand of haircolor is best.....? :)Trying to get rid of blonde highlights for the fall!! HELP!?

you need to use a brown that has a red tint in it because the red cancels out the yellow in the blonde colour. you need watch for this otherwise the blonde will go green :)

i think don't take any chances if you not sure what colour to buy... go to a salon... that will be the best option... alternatively if you have a budget... go to the salon ask them for the colour you want ... analysis the colour well then go to a store and buy it! i coloured my hair recently... it costed me bout R57 (RAS)... but i knew what colour i wanted... just be sure of the colour cause it is not advise-able not to colour your hair to often!

i like the chesnut and blonde but must say no to the red i dont think that colour goes with the rest sorry.
