Blonde highlights on brown hairrrrr?

I'm from Newcastle, england and was wondering how much do you reckon it would cost to have some fine blonde highlights put through the front of my hair.

that depends. If you're going to a swanky salon or spa it will probably get better results but with a price tag to match. If you do it at home* it will be cheaper, but you risk having bad highlights. Small barber shops will be in between.

why not ask your hair dresser? trust me, it's really easy, just enter the shop and speak to your hair dresser, she/he will tell you all you what you want to know. can't believe you even asked this question...seriously...

In the US, you can get it at a Wal-Mart for about $12.00. It only looks really good if you get the kit with the highlighting cap. If it is just the brush then don't get it. It will look a mess. With the cap, you have to string your hair through the holes with the provided hook and then highlight the strands on top of the cap.
