Well i have blonde hair and i got lowlights and it looked really nice, If your going for a brighter look i would recomend highlights but my favorite is like a light brown low light on blonde hair.

Color highlights and Lowlights on blonde hair?
I have dyed medium ashy blonde hair color. I wanted to do some highlights and lowlights or just one of the two.
