Would highlighting my whole head make my hair mostly blonde?

I have brown hair, its inbetween dark brown and light brown. I would rather get a full head of highlights instead of dying it because it looks more natural.. I want my hair to be mostly blonde with VERY little brown, if i ask my stylist to make the highlights thicker is that possible?Would highlighting my whole head make my hair mostly blonde?

well i got my dark brown hair highlighted with blond highlights and i really like it my hair looks lighter and when im in the sun i look like i have dirty blond hair almost its cute and its nice wiht my tan skin and for some reason it brings out my eye color idk y though but my eyes look brighter then before
