I don't know what brand would be best, but it should have the bleaching powder in it or it will make your hair orange. If you want even all around highlights then i suggest you buy a streaking cap, i've seen them at Shoppers drug mart if the brand doesn't already have one. If the brand provides you with some brush thing to brush on the highlights, don't use it, it usually turns out looking crappy and uneven, thats why you should get the cap. Also the cap will allow you to choose any hair dye you want, not just the brands that only offer highlighting.
